In HexEdit+ open Help → License…, save the request file and send it to info@hexeditplus.com with your order number (one request per computer).

You receive the license file by e-mail, usually within 24 hours. Open it in the same window — done, no internet connection needed.
Requirements: Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. The installer adds the .NET Desktop Runtime automatically if needed.
